HermesSuite app for iPhone and iPad

HermesSuite is an engineering tool that puts all of your technician’s reports, instruction manuals, certificates, electrical and mechanical drawings and SOPs at your fingertips. HermesSuite is another tool in your technician’s toolbox.

This app allows anyone with a valid HermesSuite account to author, review and search all of the Shift Log reports for your organisation. By using the app you are able to do all of this work offline, away from an internet connection, and with the speed that we all expect from native apps.

You can use the attached files function to take images on your phone and upload them with the report meaning that reporting defects and work done with images is now quicker than ever.

If you currently use the HermesSuite QR Code system or area considering it in future you can use in-app [Scan] button which uses your iPhone camera to scan and decode HermesSuite QR codes. From here you have the option to view all reports for the asset this QR Code is attached to or to raise and close a new report for this asset. Once a QR code is scanned the system knows the asset you are working on (taken from the QR Code) the time you started the work and the time you finished (taken from the scans in and out) plus who was on the job (as you will be logged in during the scan); this means you only need to define a job type and complete the body text before you can save and upload your new report.

The software automatically synchronises with your organisations online HermesSuite account meaning that once a report is completed on your iOS device it will instantly appear on the online web portal too.
